Danil giving one of his priceless "ooh"s when I handed him this balloon that was in a tree. He'll see the slightest little thing, like a bug on the ground, and let out an adorable "ooh" of surprise!
Danil and Kristina playing this morning on the playground. Anything new is very exciting for them. The smallest things give them pleasure. We had bubbles for them, which they loved blowing. I may have mentioned this before- they both kept sticking the wands in their mouths!
We brought the kids toys this afternoon- a doll for Kristina and a truck for Danil. They both loved them, however Danil broke his truck in the first five minutes he had it!!! Kristina went about immediately undressing her doll very carefully, as they have to do in the orphanage. Later, she enjoyed eating the styrofoam from the box in which Danil's truck came! Ack!!! Its not easy to get things away from these kids once either. I managed to get the styrofoam and get her to eat gerber graduates puffs instead.
